Also the issue of if he's elected president will he be able to get a visa to visit other countries given his criminal record? Then there's the issue of respect on the global stage, other countries have a zero tolerance to leaders even having a minor conviction let alone a string of them for serious ones. No one wants to be seen doing a deal with a criminal.

Jailing will be too difficult for practical reasons. I think exhile to a remote island would be the best option. He's fond of Scotland and they've loads of islands there to dump him on.
