Why the hell are we celebrating someone's sexuality in the workplace?

I am tired of this politically motivated propaganda infiltrating the workplace and schools. Yes, we have heard about the alphabet soup for over a decade now. As much time as they celebrate this bullshit they can be focusing on our veterans, first responders, and the real actual crisis.

I don't feel like sexuality or gender "identity" are appropriate topics at work and especially not to our children in school.
