I was kind of thinking this was an inside job until I read this article yesterday.

The basic theme of the article is that there is something even worse than having evil people in charge... it's having a bunch of totally inept idiots in charge. It seems like almost every top level appointee working for Joe Biden was chosen because they filled some DEI slot, not because they had a clue what they were doing.

The whole incident is starting to look like a case of the "Keystone Kops protecting a presidential candidate" !!!

I'm not sure if it's FBI more than secret service, which is part of the department of homeland security. I'm sad and disgusted they didn't prevent this from happening to an ex president.
I'm glad Biden finally allowed and assigned RFK Jr. Secret service. That should have been automatic. As a Biden supporter I did not like that it took this long to realize someone running with the last name Kennedy especially deserved secret service at least through the campaign.
