If I were falsely accused, I wouldn’t need to worry about the prosecutor.
My lawyers would be strong, the jurors would hear my case, and the evidence would be stacked in my favor.
I would trust Kamala Harris with being a fair balanced prosecutor.

Now if I were a woman in a prison section near the person liable for raping a woman in a dressing room, found guilty & convicted felon of falsifying business records to the bank to get money to pay off a pornstar and the orange jumpsuit matches his face… I wouldn’t trust him NOT to grab me by the pussy.

I don't know enough about kamala's career as a prosecutor to know if she was fair or not. However I would rely on the jury and on the judge and on my own lawyers to get me out of a jam if I was falsely accused.

I don't know much either, but from some of the stories I've heard during the 2020 primary, she was extremely tough on truency laws/cases. Can't remember if it was a fine or jail time, but I remember a mother mentioning dealing with Harris cause their kid had medical issues that caused them to miss more than 15 days of school. But as always, take things with a grain of salt.
