A convicted 'sex offender' WOULD BE classified as a convicted 'felon' and would never hold any office. There is no such "immunity' granted to anyone who has been convicted of a violent or non-violent sex crime. I don't honestly know what you are alluding to?

As the Survivor of both sexual abuse and rape, I followed this case quite closely. First, it's important that I disclaimed that I cannot fucking stand Donald Trump! I think he's a loath some human being). However, it is REALLY important to note that E. Jean Carroll not only couldn't remember when this happened, (as in a date, or even a specific range of time), she could not even remember what YEAR this allegedly happened, and it will absolutely be overturned on appeal! I have never been in favor of the #BelieveAllWomen, because just like men, women lie! Any divorced man can tell you that the first thing most women do is file for a restraining order, when divorce is filed! In a recent SCOTUS decision, it was written "In his Rahimi concurrence, Ho noted that protective orders are "often misused as a tactical device in divorce proceedings" and "are granted to virtually all who apply." They are "a tempting target for abuse, and in some cases have been used to disarm the victims of domestic violence, leaving them in greater danger than before.”

I can tell you the exact date that I was raped, I can tell you the time that I was raped, I can't even tell you what I was wearing wearing on the day that I was raped, and what sheets were on my bed! When a woman is raped, or sexually assaulted, she remembers EVERY SINGLE DETAIL! That is not something that one just forgets! Would you forget what YEAR Donald Trump sexually assaulted you? No! Neither would anyone else! So many people who hate him would do anything to stop him from becoming president, so I have no doubt that E. Jean made this up, and I have no doubt that it will be overturned on appeal. But what she did will hurt actual survivors for fucking decades! The woman called rape “sexy” on CNN FFS! how could you possibly believe her?

Thanks, but to be fair, and honest… I can’t stand Trump! But I hate the weaponizing of the legal system, and certainly not the selective outrage and selective prosecution aimed at Trump! But even more, I absolutely despise women who falsely accuse men of rape and sexual abuse! Cases like the UVA “Rape on Campus” Rolling Stone story, that was later retracted, and both Rolling Stone, and the author were sued for defamation (https://en. wikipedia. org/wiki/A_Rape_on_Campus), The Tawana Brawley false rape accusations (https://en. wikipedia. org/wiki/Tawana_Brawley_rape_allegations), the Duke LaCrosse case (https://en. wikipedia. org/wiki/Duke_lacrosse_case), and many MANY other notable false rape accusations, like those in this list; (https://en. wikipedia. org/wiki/Category:False_allegations_of_sex_crimes)! The only thing that’s societally worse than rape is falsely accusing a man of rape! It not only destroys a man’s life, but when it’s discovered to be false, it makes it SO much harder for REAL victims of rape to come forward, and be taken seriously when we do!

I remember the day my parents decided to leave the democrat party after a life of being Democrats. It was 1/13/2021, long after Trump lost the 2000 election, and Dems impeached him AGAIN! I was on the phone w/ my mom, and even I heard my dad yelling “Jesus! They really are JUST out to get him!” I’ll spare you the rest of the story, but the obviously the false accusations against Trump were designed to destroy him. My family left the party after that, and I don’t think any of us have paid attention to national partisan politics since! I despise the cults of partisan politics, (and they are cults). There is a charismatic leader, there are rules that always benefit that leader, and anyone who thinks for themselves, or says “Wait! That’s not true!” is immediately denounced as a heretic to “The Holy Church of The Partisan Body Politic”, and cancelled!

I agree about women who falsely accuse men of rape and how destructive that is to actual victims of rape.

I have always thought that the punishment for someone convicted of such a false accusation should be the same as someone convicted of an actual rape. That seems just to me.

I 100% agree! I've been saying for several years now that if a woman provably falsely accuses a man of rape, that she should go to prison for exactly the same amount of time that he would've received were he convicted! THAT will stop false accusations like that 🫰(snap) !
