Who is the first world leader or general to adapt Rolling Retreat and Rally Fire to guns in warfare?

I know the answer, but I'm checking to see whether anyone else knows.

The Romans actually invented both "Rally Fire and Rolling Retreat for use with the Pilum Spear in warfare.

However, the person in question related to early gun warfare was accused of "war crimes" after he mercilessly slaughtered the Spanish army at a battle shortly after inventing this strategy for guns and training one tenth of his army to use guns this way. The rest of his army consisted of heavy pikemen and Archers. At that time, it was a suicide mission to try to attack or counter-attack into that unit composition. His army slaughtered the Spanish, and he was accused of War Crimes for using this strategy against them. their losses at the battle were so one-sided that it's a wonder they even continued to exist as a sovereign nation after this defeat.

Anyway, the Spanish were hard-countered here. Swordmen and cavalry cannot advance against heavy pike, so his archers and gunners got "free kills" over and over. His gunners hosed the Spanish pikemen, because even early guns could penetrate heavy pike's armor. The Spanish did not have good guns nor well trained gunners at the time, so they had no counter to this strategy and unit composition.

Also, the "Russel Crowe Robin Hood remake movie is BS. If the French invaded with heavy pike vs the English using Swordmen, one heavy pikeman can defeat 2 or even 3 swordmen even without formation moves. IN formation, heavy pike can defeat a nearly infinite number of swordmen.

How could you possibly know this there was plenty of people who did this it's just a lack of evidence of it?

This was before Flintlock guns were invented. at this time, the gunners had to aim with one arm and manually light the gunpowder with a hand torch. Most militaries did not yet use guns, because gunpowder was unreliable on a rainy day. Maurice of Nassau figured out how to reliably weaponize gunpowder for hand-held guns, and he trained a large number of gunners to use rolling retreat micro and rally fire correcly in battle. Since the guns negated the Spanish pikement, it was impossible for the remaining Spanish army to advance against Maurices pikement, so it evolved into a one-sided slaughter.

The British invented the Steel Stirrup, which more than doubles the effectiveness and lethality of Heavy Cavalry. Although the Robin Hood movies are highly inaccurate, because they have Metal Stirrups in the 12th century, whereas they weren't actually invented until around 300 years or so later.
