Well, fine, but, let's be clear - the artists themselves do not necessarily complain. Someone with standing (*) is complaining of Trump's use of various artists' music.

(*) "Standing" is a legal term meaning that someone who initiates a lawsuit in court can actually do so in that court.

For instance, suppose Trump, in 2016, was going to use the "Theme from Shaft" which was a big hit for Isaac Hayes in 1971. Hayes would have been dead for 8 years. If I complained that Trump was going to use "Shaft", courts would not care; I don't have any copyright/ownership rights associated with the song, so I would not have standing. However, the Isaac Hayes Estate, which would likely include his family, would have such rights and they'd have standing to sue Trump to prevent his use of "Shaft".

"The Beatles" as listed is in a similar situation. Who'd have standing here is Ringo Starr and Paul McCartney since they are living former Beatles, but also the estates of former Beatles John Lennon and George Harrison.

Actually they do. The majority of those artists have expressed very clearly about how they feel about Trump using their mucus for his own benefit. Most of them are tweets dissenting Trump and threatening legal action against him using their work.
That artist that you’ve pointed out just so happens to be their family (who rightfully has ownership of the artists work) speaking out against Trump. It’s Trump’s reaction to their diss approval that really shows what kind of a person he is and how he truly disrespects the owners of the music that he chooses to use that’s really degrading on his character.
