I would say, any third world country with a weak or unstable govt is unsafe for women. But I think that India, judging from what I’ve read about the rape that happens even on transportation, is the worst. in South Korea, a man can rape a woman and get away with it by paying the victim a set amount of money.

As per ncrb muslim men are 7-8 percent of population (total population 14-15%) and account for 35.8% of prison population. This does not include muslims out on bails and paroles, which would easily make muslims accoutable for 50-60% of all crimes.
