Who won the debate in your opinion? Kamala or Trump?

I have yet to watch it properly so I can't pick a winner. In the very brief moments I saw I didn't find Trump that strong but Kamala was scoring own goals due to the lying and mentioning all the bad republicans support her. Maga republicans don't like the bushes and stuff so thats signaling to us that your a corrupt hack. We knew that already of course but the argument is just bad.

Bringing up the very fine people hoax was also a terrible idea because its so extremely easy to debunk, has been debunked many times yet she keeps using it. If someone lies so blatantly and without purpose can you ever trust her?

But maybe I am just numb to the way Trump does his speeches at this point, maybe I change my mind when I watch the full debate. But Trump had a few funny comments like getting Jo out of bed and playing on his You're Fired bit but I don't see that kind of style as convincing. He did make a good point she should have fired more people though but in the brief moment I watched it was the only persuasive counter he made. I know Trump is right on stuff but to an informed audience I think Kamala came across well.

Update: Now that I am watching more parts I think Trump did a really good job at the beginning of the debate so last night it was just a bad moment I saw.

It was obvious that Harris had the questions in advance. She was well prepared and knew the answers already. She did not answer the first question which was "Are you better off now than 4 years ago?" She just talked about some BS about Opportunity. Trump missed a good opportunity to challenge her about that, He should have asked her for a simple yes or no.

Trump asked her straight up if she was in favor of abortion after the 7th 8, or 9th month. She refused to answer.

Also Trump was fact checked several times and Harris told lie after lie and nobody said a word.

It was not Trumps best performance but he got his message out and only lost his temper a little bit once and you could tell he realized it.

Harris did better than I expected but she had help from ABC. No surprise there.

Kamala said a whole bunch of words with style but no substance. no plans or policies outlined, just identity politics and damage control from her time under Joe Biden

Trump on the other hand, getting interrupted by the ABC mods who were more interested in joining the debate than moderating the debate to the point he didn't give a shit anymore about professionalism when the standards are not equally applied

if there's any take away for the undecided voters, they'll see the mods deliberately trying to give Kamala an edge and see an agenda being played out in front of them

Trump did, but he would of destroyed her even more , if they didn’t change the rules of the Debate , which to me was pathetic that they automatically made up new rules for this debate , cuz they knew Trump would of really ripped her a new asshole
