How do they get prevented from evading the service. And how do they get punished if they did

The military has no authority to deal with draft evaders. That is Selective Service. Draft evaders manage to legally evade getting a draft notice. Refusal to honor a lawfully issued draft notice could result in forced conscription or jailing. Failure to register can result in a fine and loss of citizenship privileges. What percentage Millennials, Genexxers and Alphas and Alphas haven't registered? What will Trump 47 do about that?
