I can cite many examples of racism by democrats. Does that make the democrat party the party of racism.

And yes, books have been banned from FL schools. They were removed so NO student could have access to them. That's a ban. Just like tobacco is banned in schools.
If the ads run, FL takes action, and the courts rule in Flordia's favor, I'll buy you a Coke.

1st amendment very explicitly names congress not the Florida state legislator in its prohibition on laws restricting speech, religion, or protest many of which were in fact regularly restricted in the laws of the states that ratified that amendment for over 100 years thereafter and still to this day.

The idea that an entirely arbitrary and no where written incoperation of such federal restriction upon the states is legitimatize is a violation of the rules of constitution as defined in the 10th amendment.

In literal law ads promoting circumcision seem the same crime, just so common, that people here don't think about it.

Also if ads lie about ban , it is false disinformation. As the 2016 fed abortion law did NOT ban.

That's not what they're doing. First, the ads aren't "pro-choice"; they're anti-abortion. Secondly, the problem isn't that they're anti-abortion, but that they're lying about the state's abortion laws. It's simple false advertising, but for politics.
