I wore a mask, still caught Covid, spent 3 months in a coma on a ventilator and had to be resuscitated.

If masks were effective, why the lockdowns? If Lockdowns were effective, why the mask mandates? Why insist on standing two meters from the next person in line? Why force sanitiser on people?

In South Africa the government banned all tobacco and alcohol sales. All it did was increase the number of people who brewed their own booze. I even brewed cider and during my recovery from Covid I drank more alcohol than any time since my 20s.

Then the mandatory mass "vaccination" program, mysteriously followed by a drop in fertility rates, testosterone levels in men and mass mental health issues on levels not seen at any time in history.

Covid is no more easily transmitted than influenza. We don't have mandated masks during flu season, yet it kills thousands every year and was responsible for the deadliest pandemic in the last 200 years - Spanish Flu, 1918-1920 and over fifty million dead, roughly 3% of the global population with 33.3% of the global population catching it.

Covid can't compete with those figures.

At no other time in history has any government mandated the disclosure of medical records. Travel bans for the unvaccinated meant mandatory disclosure of medical information. What happened to doctor/patient confidentiality?

Trump decided the masks were unnecessary and in doing so killed thousands of people.

They became a symbol of polical division. On one hand you had doctors saying they'd help reduce the spread on the other you had Trump opposing them. I think it's a good example of how in times of crisis we need both sides to be in agreement and not using it for political leverage.

Over here where both political sides were promoting masks the death rate was far lower 520 per million compared to Americas 645 per million

because most people did not use them correctly and they were ineffective unless worn and handled correctly.
Without following other sanitary procedures like washing your hands before and after donning and doffing a mask it made little difference since you just touched the dirty side, the wiped your nose or mouth spreading the cooties/germs around, not using a new mask every time, wadding it up in your pocket so the dirty side touched the clean side, so while it made some people feel better, they were for the most part pretty useless.
We had patients that wore a mask even when home alone and still got sick.

Deep cut. It ultimately boils down to why and how to be a good person. So that deep reflection of the human condition on a daily basis for a year it got personal and heated. It's not about the mask in of itself but what duty we have for our fellow neighbors.

I think some of the fundamental premises of the alleged pandemic need to finally be on the receiving end of some critical scrutiny.

Most obvious of which is the notion that I'm responsible for anybody's health.

Each person is ultimately responsible for their own health.

You have 40% of Americans that are obese. The fact that this does not cause any alarm bells or make you ask some basic questions, is just indicative of how far we have sunk as a species.

The absurdity of some obese fucktard saying I'm a disease spreader for not following stupid rules.

I didn't get covid once and I still worked with the public for most of it.

I work out for 2 hours a day. I take cold showers. I eat plant based whole foods. I take cold showers.

And then some moron thinks I'm a disease spreader when he's a lazy fuck who probably hasn't worked out for 25 years. But he's had his 'vaccine'. Total bullshit.

The concept of masks is to keep a person from spreading germs. Like a doctor during an operation. Or when people get chemo and it lowers their immune system. The mask thing was enforced without proper scientific information. Humans by their nature don't like things forced on them.

Because it’s fucking stupid and does nothing to stop the spread of any disease , dumbass. It’s all about “Look at me, I’m doing my part. I’m a good person.” Why don’t you just actually be a good person instead of meaningless virtue signaling? Recommending a mask is fine. When you tell me it’s mandatory, we have a big problem my friend. Those who are willing to give up their freedom in the name of safety deserve neither one.
