In my culture, we don't keep girlfriends. Why do people even use the name girlfriend to hide the fact she is a mistress till she is really really married to the man. It's a fancy word for mistress without a wife. In my country we frown upon women and men touching each other without marriage. It's not because of ugly 😂. It's because we value fidelity, honor and it's considered shameful to fornicate. That's what having a girlfriend leads to.

Now, another problem is men in the entire world are more numerous than women. So with a 1 for 1 rule I don't think everyone is getting married.

There is also high standards of women. In my country 10 million women age 30 and above never married. Which means they are out of the spousal search and it aggravates our chances as men.

And most women no matter how Godly they are, they are attracted to worldly things like cars, mansions and such.

And then in my country, women over age 30 are thought of as leftovers and it's not false either 😔. Some are like, "I am a Muslim feminist, look at me, you rape me with your eyes, God will Curse you, I am wearing a super skinny jeans and a Hijab so people can still figure out how I am 😂😂😂🤣" who does that lol 😂

Anyhow, in US and all over the world, men need to work a lot harder to get a girl. Girls see themselves as the prize without realizing that they also have a biological clock. If I am a guy I don't mind marrying single moms but problem is she needs to be young to have children with. Why do people marry in US is different from why people do it here, we like to marry because of children. In West this is bypassed by the fact that women and men can sleep around with little consequences. A child can be had without marriage as well.
