Probably gen z I was born 1990 and I think I'm more of a Gen z than a 80s baby, but who knows. Id have to have someone tell me maybe they see it in me better.

Neither. I find that I can relate to both, and have actually been in conversations where I had to translate between the two, because the slang being used didn't match meanings.

It depends on the subject matter, but on the whole I usually end up relating to other 90’s kids
