I said yes but have to qualify that with were do you live? In my NYC Forbes had this to say:
"For New York families of four an annual income between the two laboring adults should be about $278,970.
Acording to Forbes, New York’s 2023 average income only came in at $74,870, or $36 an hour. For argument’s sake, let’s say the household has two working adults earning that average salary. That household’s income would total out to $149,740 - almost half of what would be needed prior to having two children"
NYC is no joke in the cost of living insanity.
As for me I always say a job is better than no job & nowadays $26.00 per hour isn’t too bad especially if the job is full time & you get health benefits on day one & you live close to the job as well. The federal minimum wage is still low ($7.25) & in some states the minimum wage is $15.00 so in this case $26.00 is a better deal.

It's hard to answer that question without knowing which state you are from. That depends on what state you live in and what your expenses are. If you're living in New York You need to be making at least $130k a year to live comfortably. making $100k in NYC is not that impressive in New York. But if you're living in Arizona $26 an hour I guess it is good there.
NY is expensive, but that’s a bit of an exaggeration
Yeah, but New York pays you more money because they know you won't be able afford to live without a large salary. Like a low-tier helpdesk technician is making $20 an hour in Alabama, but in NY he is making $35 an hour.
I don't know what state it is so it's hard to tell. I means it's a good salary for your second job. If you are living somewhere LA you can make a $200k a year one day to asking for a dollar at 7-Seven Eleven with a cup in your hand.
But I think it's good since you don't live in any of those places I assume.
No it's actually pretty shit, especially considering you need around $4 million dollars to afford the American dream.
For a 40-hour work week, you must be making between $52 an hour and $520 an hour to reach 6-figures annually.
If you saved that ALL up, it would take you 40 years to get $4 million dollars.
So no, $26 an hour is a peasant's wage.
The American dream is long gone, buddy
OK. Keep living your fantasy.
Never said your dad isn’t real. The “American dream” isn’t dumbass
Sounds like a very good wage to me but I am european. Many tech jobs here are only 2000-3000 a month for example.
Not when the new worker wants 20 plus when they first start a job
Depends your city. In L. A or New York city is ok.
In a small town in Alabama is very good money.
depends on where, it is decent money in places like Mississippi.
For unskilled labour maybe. Otherwise no
How do you figure? More than what most people earn
Not here
Depends on where you live though
