Why do women compare all men as being equal when it comes to being abusive?

It's very unfortunate that women think they have all men figured out and then always compare the good ones who actually really care about them... I would really wish women would stop comparing their past abusive men to the ones who really honestly love them... it's very bothering and I don't like it.

Thats a bit complex, i've seen it happen from girls who have been abused by past lovers and its a trauma response for them. Personally I am not to bothered by it from a partner as long as she doesn't go crazy and trusts me. For example if her exes really fucked her up by being disloyal I can understand she'd have a default trust to me, its something i'd expect her to want to work on together so we can overcome it. Luckily for me its something I have always been good at since I am a natural healer when it comes to this stuff so i'd be able to give her the reassurance needed if this is the case while simultaneously asserting my own boundaries so she doesn't become controlling.

But for the girls having a general hatred towards men its probably a mix of things they hear on social media, past experiences due to repeatedly picking the wrong guy, general resentment because guys don't want her, etc.

never seen it... so, I guess it all depends on what kind of man you truly are and how you handle or present yourself towards others

Not saying it's ok to just limit all contact with men, but it's ok to be wary when getting to know a new one.
