And did you know all males in USA now automatically go into selective service? Don't have to fill out a card... it's automatic at age 18. Was just signed into law.

Germany is also enhancing their military in preparation for the war in the east... should it continue...

It's a silly relic from the past and silly for conservative men in America to focus on so much when the truth is that if a war came that required a draft of 18/22 year old men or full conscription that required all men aged 16-50 then women too would find themselves drafted as the law would be changed in less than a day to make it happen. With so many obese men in America they may need to draft women anyhow and men in their 30s. In WW2 women were drafted in britain and in the war on terror women were in combat. Women already provide 20% of the us military or more.

Believe or not the first people who would get drafted are not 18-22 year olds but instead ex military vetreans. There's approximately 200,000 that leave the military each year, that's potentially 2 million already trained and experienced vetreans in the last 10 years that could serve again, 4 million in the last 20 years, this added to the already 2 million strong military. This is what happened in the Korean war where WW2 vets were called back into service. This also happened in 2001& 2004 with the marines and army, it's called the individual ready reserve and is a reserve component of the us military.

On 16 October 2014, President Obama ordered the activation of the IRR in support of Operation United Assistance.

On 27 March 2020, President Trump authorized the Secretary of Defense & the Secretary of Homeland Security to order up to 1,000,000 IRR members to active duty.

On 13 July 2023, President Biden authorized the Secretary of Defense & the Secretary of Homeland Security to order up to 450 IRR members to active duty in order to support Operation Atlantic Resolve.

I think women should be subject to the draft but with some special provisions.

First they should not be drafted into combat positions. If you're a country like Israel that is a tiny oasis of freedom surround by a sea of terrorists, you might not have any choice but to draft women into combat.

But in a country like the United States, at this time it is not necessary to draft women into combat and in my opinion they are not suited for it.

In addition I don't think women who have young children should be subject to the draft. Someone has to take care of those children and the mother is the natural primary caregiver for young children. So women with young children should not be drafted.

But other than that, I don't see any reason why young women shouldn't be drafted to serve at least a year for the country. It can be doing support work for the military, office work or field work that doesn't require exposure to combat areas etc.

So as long as men are subject to a draft I think women should be too with the above considerations.

Realistically if the draft is used again it's some dooms day shit. We're talking about 70% to 90% dead military.

So even if we win the bottle neck of recovering is the limitations of birds and the bees. So let's say women are drafted they probably won't be going home but going to some kind of horror movie breeding camp.

Would hate to spoil the audiobook for World War Z but it gets a pretty creepy with that concept winning a true total war.

If course women should be drafted. Have you MET some IDF women? They can hold their own... Better yet, mandatory national service program for all and military route can be option.

We have a 13th Amendment explicitly saying you can't do ANY of that- the government doesn't care. What SHOULD happen is every member of that treasonous organization ("war on terror", remember) be sent to Guantanamo Bay.
