Countries train their troops in other countries, that's being going on for decades. But in this case Russia is at war with Ukraine so they can attack the trainees just as much as they can attack Moscow.

But that then opens the door for attacking Ukraine troops training in NATO Countries and that would lead to ww3. Russia wouldn't be dumb enough to attack America but Korea isn't the sharpest pencil in the box and just might

I think that this is not as simple a question as it seems for instance lets say we fire on north korean troops we not just makeing them upset we also upsetting there alies and potentially russia to this could lead to a lot of issues with other countries if we are not careful and america already has a reputation for butting into other peoples wars
