I guess it depends what you mean by "superior", but I will say English, because if I'm not mistaken no other language is the official language in as many countries as English is. And even if it's not the official language, it's often recognized or widely spoken. I think in most countries you're bound to find someone who speaks at least some English. It really is the universal language, and it's usually the language that foreigners choose to learn.

Depends what you use as your qualifier. Since English is the most spoken language. Is used for business etc. I'd say English is.
