Congress gets the inside trader information about the stock market the day before it happens.
That's how Nancy Pelosi became a fricken millionaire!! She would tell her husband about what stocks to buy because she already knew the day before and he would put an "S" for spouse when it was for Nancy.
I saw it on TV and that's how I know about what they were doing. But did they get in trouble for insider trading? Heck No!!🙄

They shouldn’t get paid anymore than the average worker in the state that elected them. With the same healthcare.
Their retirement should be paid into social security. Also any speaking engagements, while in office, should be free of charge. Not hundreds of thousands of dollars.

If we don't get a cost-of-living raise, neither should these Bozos in Congress. Some people only got a 2% raise. How much do these game players - who care more about their paycheck than the American people - waste and stick in their pockets yet can't even get the country out of hock and stable financial ground. I'm wondering if it is all a ploy to keep Trump from doing all the things he promised. Sorry Trump, no money to do all that, yet we got plenty of money to give all illegal immigrants a grub stake and free room and board. We got plenty of money to bankroll Ukraine and all the oligarchs whose pockets the money winds up in. Yet nothing for our own homeless/homeless vets. I say fire them all!

It's all a joke about the rich getting richer means while McDonald's has to pay employees 20 and hour which is a joke. Been at my good job for 10 years climbing and I'm still barely paid minimum wage with it going up so high so fast!

They put the insider trading thing in the bill, so now it would be legal for them. In addition to their 40% raises when their salaries are already $179,000. In 1776 it was $1,500.
