How to get rid of my envy towards male reproduction power?

Anon because my boyfriend knows my profile. It angers me knowing how one man can create dozens of lives in this world without facing biological deficiencies that we do. By impregnating and fertilising (God I hate these words!) us, making us pregnant, the baby born, etc. all this because of one drop of their seed. That 50% of the baby is made by the father. At the same time, men are much stronger than us which adds an extra layer on top of my "envy towards men"

I have been struggling with these feelings for a couple of years, and it feels like they are slowly eating me alive. I hate viewing men as "godlike" creatures for their ability to produce as many children as they want, free from the burdens of pregnancy and menstruation, while still being perceived as more capable than women.

I know I am not alone; a significant number of women share this frustration with biology and resent how it seems biased against us.

Biologically speaking, a man can create sperm throughout the entirety of his life from puberty to the day before he dies. This serves an evolutionary purpose of impregnating as many female as possible to continue the human race. In contrast, women have a limited number of eggs to fertilize and dispense onto the world and will stop being able to have children once they hit menopause, which is usually somewhere around the 50’s or 60’s of a woman’s life. By that time, it’s entirely possible that not only did this woman become a mother, but any child she bore will have also reproduced and created a child of their own, thus making a grandmother. In terms of evolution, why would we have one sex be the inseminators and do so until their deaths but have the other sex be limited in their procreative capabilities? What is the evolutionary purpose of menopause?


It’s because grandmothers are more socially valuable than grandfathers. Grandmothers will teach and guide and care for their young more often than grandfathers, and our evolution continued to allow this so that we don’t have to constantly give birth so we can focus on teaching and guiding the generations after us. Men do not have this same privilege. Hope that helps.

Sperm is cheap. There isn't much value to it because it is so overproduced in comparison to women's eggs which are more special because they are carried with us all our lives and only are there during ovulation. And we get to have sex for fun the rest of the month without even a care about reproduction. We also get to acutally create, carry and birth life. Women are the lucky ones for all of this stuff. Not men like they have their part and everything in the process but it ain't that cool 😂

The best way is to volunteer for military and go to front lines of war. Most women don't go, but most men have to. So go to Ukraine front lines and see what it's like being a guy. then you can appreciate being a woman.

granted, there are women on the front lines as well... just not required as far as I know... yet.
