In the last days of his presidency, Joe Biden removed Cuba from the list of oficialy recognised states, that support terrorism. Donald Trump, in the executive order at day 1 of his presidency, put Cuba back on the list.

Cuba is a state sponsor of terrorism. They were the pilot project of engineered extortive migration under Castro. They sent waves of criminals and the mentally ill to Florida to disrupt our economy during the Mariel boatlift... That form of asymmetric warfare was then broadened in the current time across the southern boarder with a number of other countries participating to overwhelm American institutions and to carry out attacks against our citizenry with drugs, forest fires, robberies, etc. That's not to say everyone that came from Cuba was a criminal or a psychopath, but many were sent among the hordes by the communist party in Cuba.

Today that same sort of action is occurring across the southern border with Chinese spies crossing and using drones to carrying out surveillance of American military bases.
