Serious questions deserve a serious answer. The Trump administration can be described as all of the above: stupid, incompetent, and evil. Regarding "incompetence," which I will combine with "stupid" because they go hand-in-hand, despite the Trump administration arguing that unqualified people have obtained certain positions because of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs, many people within the Trump administration are barely qualified for their positions, especially Donald Trump himself.

Trump clearly lacks legal knowledge, as he tends to sign Executive Orders with the intent of uncovering what he can get away with as opposed to knowing what is or isn't legal to pass. Donald Trump's goal is to reshape the federal government to consolidate more power to the executive branch, which includes the position of President of the United States.

To enact his goal, Trump fired several federal workers in positions deemed to be inessential to the United States, which he considers to be "government waste." However, the programs that Trump targeted are very essential to the United States, either by ensuring essential safety operations or providing aide to people in need.

For instance, Trump targeted the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), which ensures essential aircraft safety, Housing and Urban Development (HUD), which helps shelter people with low-income and/or disabilities, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), which specializes in humanitarian efforts and disaster relief, the Department of Education, which helps fund schools, provide free lunches to children in need, and various other programs.

Trump's actions have resulted in several casualties, such as aircraft crashes, more homelessness, halted aid, halted education funding, etc. Regarding "evil," considering that they don't seem to care about the destruction and suffering he has contributed to, such as the aircraft crashes, federal workers losing their careers, homelessness increase, and halt in humanitarian aid and funding, arguing that the Trump administration is evil is a safe bet.

How anyone can support the actions of the Trump administration and believe they are beneficial to America also may qualify as stupid, incompetent, and evil.

he is a businessman, not a career politician.
He is in office for all the right reasons, and the majority of the voters thought the same thing and now he is doing what he said he would do.
The times have changed and once again the majority rules, and you have every right not to agree with it, but since the majority rules, you are out voted.
So, for those that are not happy about it, myself I would put a lot of blame on the democratic party and how they ran their election.
All of a sudden, they put in a candidate that never won a primary election or went through the process of getting to be the candidate, she was just put in place by her party, and it failed miserably.
There may have been better candidates that could have won the election had they followed the process, but they didn't.
I am neither a dem or a repub, I have voted democratic more times than republican, but because of what the party did, essentially robbed the people of making a choice of who they wanted to run for president, I voted for Trump.
Who knows, they may have found someone that would have beaten Trump, but no one will ever know.
I did not vote for Harris because of what the party did, nor did I feel she was qualified.
She was picked for the vice presidency because she was female, sort of looked black, and fit their narrative.
Trump was not my first choice, but I voted for him over Harris, and like it or not he is the President, and will be in office for 4 years, and unless the dems get their shit together Vance will be in office for 8 more years.

Here in Canada he's been threatening us for over a month, but unless he rolls tanks over the border or nukes us, we'll be fine. From my personal perspective, I find his presidency good because all those fools in my country are exposed as idiots now who claimed US will defend EU's eastern flank in case Russia dares to attack. Of course few of them can't still handle the reality but I think we go into right direction.
For US. I think Donald will isolate US from rest of the world. Reverse Kissinger geopolitical tactics Trump seems to follow is in long run barely sustainable, especially in multi polar world with economical primate of China. Tariffs will weaken consumer market and lower purchase power. This will lead, US dollar stops to be the world trade currency and many other negative side effect for US economy.
It seems Trump strategy isn't really good thought through, like everything he does.
