Should JD Vance apologize to Zelensky for implying that Zelensky never said thank you during the oval office meeting?

~At 44:11, JD Vance says, "Have you said thank you once, this entire meeting?".

But, Zelensky said thank you at least 2 times (e. g. ~3:05): "Thank you so much, Mr. President. Thank you for invitation".
