Why I most countries women are not much of a value?

In my country the perception about women is not favourable at all. And I think it's what the women engage their selves in that's why.

One interesting observation is that the more corrupt the leadership of a country, the more oppressed women in that country tend to be.

In fact, this is one of the key arguments to USA shifting towards a fascist country -the change in reproductive rights. As odd as it sounds, it is an outright stereotypical move from dictators.

So that would be my first bet. Perhaps your country is not a very good country? Going beyond that, of course it is absolutely possible that there exists a very negative women's culture in that country that makes women in, wherever you live, less attractive.

But at least historically, the corrupt leadership using gendered propaganda is the most likely reason. It is an odd tidbit of information, but true in pretty much every emerging dictatorship in the last few hundred years.
