Trending & News this was only a part of the problem. haven't you read about all of the immigration trouble this country had when it just started to flourish around the time of the industrial revolution?
it seemed to work out for britain but it caused a lot of trouble for america. industry didn't hire certain immigrants or citizens because the cost was too high. instead they paid the immigrants that would work the cheapest. and that's still happening NOW! i think it's commendable what trump is doing by trying to close off america in a way that makes it self-sustainable.
i'm by no means against immigration. but how is flooding the usa with millions of poor people going to help the citizens without jobs? and yes we have some lazy people but that's because there is little incentive to work. (and i don't mean people that live off of welfare)
the corruption and greed runs deep here. when people with degrees can't find work it is a very serious problem. which leads to the education problem. and this is a prime example of why you should try to do things right the first time round. and if you don't, certainly don't repeat the same mistake time and time immemorial.
it's definitely bad timing. so for now they have to go
because you can't dump millions of people here and have a geriatric (USAID) dementia patient sign a blank check to take them all in at the taxpayer's expense.
that's funny. we don't need to prove it anymore.
i love our interactions odd, but how can you be so misinformed about everything? i know you like certain fake news media, but have you ever read unbiased media?
let me rephrase then so we can move on. biden let a lot of immigrants in and we paid a lot of money for it.
that pissed a lot of people off.
Yes, but they wouldn't take those jobs, they're generally hard work in punishing conditions.
@DeBoneSteak I know you don't like facts.
" It's a question rekindled by the recession: Are immigrants taking jobs away from American citizens? In the heart of the nation's biggest farming state, the answer is a resounding no.
Government data analyzed by The Associated Press show most Americans simply don't apply to harvest fruits and vegetables. And the few Americans who do usually don't stay in the fields.
"It's just not something that most Americans are going to pack up their bags and move here to do," said farmer Steve Fortin, who pays $10.25 an hour to foreign workers to trim strawberry plants at his nursery near the Nevada border."

Imagine how many good jobs would crate proper defense of the border. Antipersonnel mine production would rise, autonomous killing vehicles maintenance and productuin and even body crematories for illegal immigrant cadaver would make their cut.
I'm just kidding but our govt abandoned already anti personal land mine treaties to put minefields on our border. Of course those mines are considered to disable Russian and Belarussian combatants if they dare to attack but I think illegals will be main victims of those minefields.
Absolutely as employers would have to pay more making certain jobs illegals do worth while for us citizens.
How much employers pay is based off of the skill and availability of workers.

Yes there would absolutely be more jobs for citizens. Jobs picking strawberries below minimum wage. Jobs pushing pig guts down sewers at a meat processing factory. Jobs cleaning the homes of wealthy Americans. Jobs cutting lawns. Now you MAGA boys and girls git out there and git you some of that job money.
I believe if there are (soon to be) fewer illegal aliens, there will be more good job openings for citizens and legal residents. So keep deportations coming. Soon the executive order enforcing e-verify is coming. Watch for mass self-deportations.
Yes there may be more jobs. Sadly most people won't want to do any of these jobs though.
Here we have the American Libtard (Shitlibus Retardus) who still doesn’t understand the difference between legal and illegal immigration. Amazing to see a specimen this committed to the propaganda despite the democrat party having a 29% approval rating.
well i don't support slave labor or indentured servitude. People love to bitch about the "immigrants" and how they work so cheap but is that fair to them? SHould they be getting $5 an hour and having their families help just to get done faster while paying farmers for food and a roof over their head? I don't think so. But what do I know, I'm not a slavery-supporting democrat.
No, maybe temporary workers getting paid cash but illegal aliens do not have to work. They get everything for free. Maybe they just sell the drugs that Americans cannot be bothered to sell and do a few B&Es on the side.
No. Florida is trying to change child labor laws because there’s a bunch of jobs that no one wants to do
No, but many "businesses" will run out of their neo slave labor.
In theory, yes. Actually. Probably no!
No, people dont want the jobs illegals work. Migrant is different than illegal, stop conflating the two.
The "lump of labor" fallacy is just that so no.
The question is, do the citizens competent enough?
We desperately need illegal immigration.
