We play hard with the same frame of mind as above
Some of us played sports the same way some of us raced dirtbikes the same way we take ourselves to the limit. And once we get there it's so good we get a second wind and push even harder.
. some of us has risked our life's in order to save someone's life and you have to be Mentally physically prepared for anything everything.
This who we are we challenge our selves every day and one day you say damn I'm not as young as I use to be
2 min later something happened. And that though you just had. Is out the window. Because You just put yourself in a position. That there is no turning back
that thought doesn't even matter. It doesn't even exist. Because your focused in that moment of time and nothing else matters
I think it's just who we are doesn't matter the moment. We give it our all.
And the sad part is we don't stop. We keep going until we can't.
And I kept saying all guys are this way there not
Some are smarter.. and learn from. This I new all the above 20 years ago and could had done things differently. It's easy to say but not who I am. It's like the old saying No good ded goes unpunished. No matter what we do in life it's all a learning experience abd then we make a choice. Who do you want to be in life10 Reply

1 yTestosterone vs estrogen. Hypertension. Have you ever noticed that the medications that lower blood pressure affect your prostate too. And vice versa. What kills us is the very thing that helped us survive. (Hey, Ug, go kill that woolly Rhino with that piece of rock. Ok babe." Historically we have been the one to provide against starvation and defend against predators. Not saying that females can't. Because women have the capability. My father told me to never place yourself between a female anything and her young. If you survive, you will not need to be told again. Atherosclerosis does not appear in females until after menopause. So they are protected for approximately 50 years.
Males are evaluate and attack. Immediate response which is hard to eliminate as we age. Females having to care for young or kill a lot of offspring had to take a softer approach. More analytical. What is odd is that if we try to break away from those natural roles we end up with we end up with Cancer. Maybe they will figure it out?
So why do men take testosterone supplements and consume large amounts of alcohol?

They like to act though and don’t go to the doctor also they re not careful with their health drinking smoking eating fatty food a lot believe that caring for their health or eating végétable are woman stuff and not manly so they our their health at risk also they do harder work than women like construction job (staying outside in the cold or under the strong sun lifting heavy stuff) etc … the he's work combining with the fact they don’t care much about their health is a dead combo
men also have a much harder time staying alone after divorce in old age compared to women who feel more relaxed alone when old.
less physchology help for men than women and less caring for them in général people worry more for women not so much for men, too men don’t seek help when they need it in général compared to women

1.5K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. It's in their DNA. The XY chromosomes is a mutation making it more prone to health issues. Even as a mom to all boys I will die sooner because they changed my dna to have shorter/weaker end caps

it is not in our DNA!
its in the chemicals put in our food, water and the rest of the enviroment - 1 y
"Biological Factors:
Chromosomes:
Men have one X and one Y chromosome, while women have two X chromosomes. The Y chromosome is more prone to mutations that can lead to health problems.
Hormones:
Testosterone levels in men are higher than in women, which may increase their risk for certain diseases, such as heart disease and cancer."
This pulled straight from Google lol - 1 y
Quoting Google like it’s a peer-reviewed oracle? Cute.

Maybe next you’ll tell me the moon landing was real and 9/11 wasn’t an inside job. You’re reciting programmed responses while ignoring the very real cocktail of endocrine disruptors, EMFs, and chemical warfare being sprayed on us daily.
Spoiler alert: shorter male lifespans aren’t about chromosomes—it’s by design. But keep trusting the system, I’m sure they’ve got your best interests at heart. 🙃 - 1 y
@Filthy_Immigrant Exactly, especially the tap water and pesticides. This bitch hates that biology is biased against women. That is why instead of explaining that it is environmental factors that causes men’s testosterone to drop and in disturbance, she loves to tell “biological” BS because of her female biological deficiencies to compensate.

1 yIt's biological differences. Because they are physically stronger they tend to take more physical jobs which tend to be more dangerous. They are also overwhelmingly the physical defenders of countries in the military which shortens the average lifespan of males.
Their brains are also designed differently. Because they were the hunters of the family they are programmed to be less risk-averse than women and take more risks. That can result in behaviors that shorten the average lifespan.
Both of those biological differences contribute to a shorter average lifespan. There is probably also a hormonal component that is another major physical difference between men and women. Men for example have far more testosterone than women, I'm not suggesting that's necessarily relevant but there are differences in their body chemistry that may be a contributing factor as well.
Add all of that up and I think it probably explains the difference in expected lifespan of men and women.
10 Reply A big part of it is the following.
1. The job types of men take that woman don't many of which are hazardous or life threating lines of work or require hard labor that slowly breaks your body or kill you if you fuck up.
2. Almost everyone who does the fighting and dying in war is a man or a boy. Almost all female soldiers are in support rolls and never see combat. Men do the fighting, and men do the dying most of the time.
3. We have a much higher suicide rate.
4. Men often have stress related illnesses like heart failure and cancer from the shit we have to take in general from work, life etc. on a daily basis. Bad mental health slowly breaks your body just like being hard on it physically.
40 Reply12.2K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. Biological factors: Men may exhibit Y chromosome loss, which is associated with earlier death and age-related conditions.
*Lifestyle factors: Men are more likely to engage in risky behaviors such as drugs, smoking, alcohol consumption, street gang activity and dangerous occupations.
*Healthcare utilization: Men tend to seek medical help less frequently than women.
*Hormonal differences: Estrogen may have protective effects on women's health.
*Genetic and immune system differences: Women may have stronger immune responses and better DNA repair mechanisms.10 Reply
1 ySo many reasons.
1. Our bodies contain more toxins. Yes, ladies testosterone is a poison. That is why women and children are often cautioned not to come into contact with Testosterone supplements. Choosing more "masculine" men is choosing more poison-laden men.
2. Even still some men don't eat well or take care of themselves.
3. Males often receive less affection in adulthood.
4. Men are often forced to accept more dangerous occupations.
5. Girls and women are more often hostile to men nowadays in the USA, ill will is hard to handle.

1 yPerhaps I live in an odd area, but where I live it is often the women who die first. Heck I have several friends who out lived their wives - a quick thought in my head I could think of 8 guys who out lived their wives to one woman friend who out lived her’s. This excludes my women and men friends who lost their spouses to accidents or warfare. This also holds especially true within my own family even when the women have been greatly younger. I recall even having a conversation with my last girlfriend who was a fair bit younger than myself when talking about life spans within each our families and it being recognized I could still potentially out live her … which was a bizarre thought for me more than for her.

1 yExcellent quote: "When men are married to women who scream like you, they want to die sooner." 😏
Historically, men die sooner because men are in more dangerous jobs, fighting in wars, etc. Plus, biologically speaking, men are missing one leg of the X chromosome, which is why they have an a X and a Y chromosome, rather than the two X'es that women have; this depletion of genetic material makes men more susceptible to disease and death.

Doing dangerous jobs. Involvement in crime. Even issues linked to the single X chromosome. But the longer you live as a man the more your life expectancy goes up because most of the things that lower mens life expectancy are related to early years. As long as you take care of your health and get checked for things that could kill you, you can live a long life as a man.

"In the UK men are more likely to smoke, drink alcohol, use drugs and have high cholesterol and blood pressure.
These are major contributors to the fact men have a lower life expectancy than women - by four years - and are nearly 60% more likely to die prematurely before the age of 75, external with heart disease, lung cancer, liver disease and in accidents."
