Trump was able to close the border within a day, and he also took care of border security extremely fast. There was no need for congress to act, or to pass a garbage amnesty bill that would have took 3 years to implement, and would have still let in 2 million illegals a year. All it took was a competent president, and the problem was solved. As you can see, Nick Shirley went to the border, interviewed multiple people on how is the situation now compared to the awful Biden/Harris administration, and as you can see, it's perfect. Biden and the Democrats had the presidency, the senate, and the house for 4 years, and they didn't do anything to secure the border. There are no excuses. See the evidence for yourself.
