The same reason as when someone complains about being broke they do not consider children starving in Africa. It is very rare that we address issues at the highest levels such as all the poverty in the world or all the sexism in the world. Also, considering they can't even get the small stuff such as misogyny cleared up, its not like they would have more success if they diluted their efforts further by including misandry so its hard to blame them.

Hey, we're all self-centered to some extent. Women talk more about what they experience. It's up to men to talk about their experience. But my gut feel is that misogyny is much more widespread than misandry here in the USA. That's the other reason it gets more attention.
