Oh, but I'm not sure if I count as a "Trumptard" to You, since I am not even a US citizen, just a Polish man living in Poland who is simply feeling much more safe and confident under President Donald Trump's USA (mainly regarding a positive trend in marital laws, less warmongering and a responsible economic policy).

It's a way to control others by using inflated dollars. In some ways, since dollars are used globally, it is theft from the left pocket of poor people to put money into the right pocket and look like we are good guys.

Scheme works until the debt/inflation game is up... driving new policies.

Yes, it is a way for non government agencies to get tax dollars to accomplish a lot of anti American activities. The NGOs do the things that the government cannot legally do and USAID funnels money to the NGOs.
