I don't know if anyone deserves that award in today's world. The award is given to those who are willing to sacrifice themselves for others, and there aren't many people doing that. Most people are egotistical and selfish.

Neither one. Pence did his job at the end, but he basically encouraged Trump's behavior up to that point. Trump isn't courageous in the slightest.

Anybody else would have just laid on the ground and let the Secret Service cover him with their bodies. Instead he got up and urged America to Fight. He did not know if he would be be shot and killed and wanted America to keep fighting even after he was gone.
He showed courage when it counted.

Pence betrayed his country. He had the authority to stop the proceedings until the election could undergo a thorough investigation. There was plenty of evidence of fraud but there was so much chaos from the Democrats there was no chance to examine it all.

If there was plenty of evidence, why was it unable for them to show it? They had multiple chances and were unable to show any of it.

There were fake ballots brought in after everyone was sent home. Somebody had a video but since it was not clear what was on those ballot sized pieces of paper the investigation went nowhere. How hard would it have been for the FBI to have tracked down the white van that delivered those ballots? They had plenty of time to track down every person who was in DC that day.
Then there was the place that had cardboard taped over the windows so the poll watchers could not see what they were doing. There were multiple districts that counted more ballots than there were registered voters. None of these were given more than instant of investigation because they knew what they would find. Then the fake news piled on calling it the big lie, over and over agiain.
They were able to pull off the biggest scam in American history and Pence could have stopped it if he only had the balls to do so.
