Probably the economy as you can consider many aspects of it without considering the stock market but it is pretty impossible to consider the stock market without also considering the economy.
That said, I'd like to flatter myself and imagine I consider both whenever I do one.
The stock market is literally (in theory) a direct reflection of the highs and lows in the economy. It is an integral part of the economy. Thinking of one is thinking of the other. Your questions makes no sense.
The "in theory" wisecrack is a reference to people's hysterical reactions to economic news that can trigger irrational sell offs or buying sprees not supported by the numbers. There will always be subjective elements to stock prices.
I trade stocks on a daily basis so the markets for me.

It's been a wild year so far but it looks like things are settling down for now. Overall, it's been a really good year
