Why do people dismiss the goodness of certain women as “strength” so they can masculinise her?

Society has tried to remove the femininity of women to make them more like men so they'll resolve to value serving capital as a means to be profitable to that capital. It's what feminism was hijacked to do. Bring easily manipulated women into work so they'd be less militant agains the capitalists, provide labour without question as women tend to be less confrontational in employment situations (they seek to build work on relationships not challenge them), bring more collective working practices to the workplace and make the competition for work greater making wages drop and still be productive for the capital.
