The photo shows the British PM Starmer bending over for Trump in order to get a slightly less shitty "deal".

The government claims he picked up Trump's dropped papers to stop security stepping in. But to me it looks like Trump deliberately dropped them to force this humiliating photo. There only paper, they can be reprinted, it makes Starmer look like a grovelling arse kissing little beta.

Well that's my thought, zero respect for the guy but what's yours?

It appears that they are replaced each other week.

This really is a fast century - it can be debated of course, if it's a better century. But to many it's the only century they know.

As for Trump: I am meanwhile aware that Melania is not longer sharing his bedroom. So the man must have become some kind of desperate now - not because of his lack of opportunity, but rather the lack of capability, I assume.

As for ''Starmer'' (who is that, by the way)... I saw this bloke only now and for my first time. Forgive me my ignorance. Anyhow... I expect to see it replaced soon enough.

Prime Ministers can be in office for decades, they can be removed in days. They rely on the confidence of parliament. A vote of "no confidence"? You're out. Their party can propose a replacement, or there can be a general election (which can be called by the PM at any time within 5 years of the last one, iirc).

I remember Thatcher - she was a more constant figure. Many hated her, though :D
