it's an eye for an eye, so it's fair... ruining a childs life. But anytime death involved, better make sure they are guilty.

guys better wake up and think about consequences. Better start teaching it. you see the online sex offender list, it's mostly males. you see your video screen on your computer... constantly slathered with baiting photos of females. this is a terrible world for males, you'd all better up your game and turn off this crap or else.

Several other states have laws imposing the death penalty for sexual abuse of a minor. My state, the Free State of Florida, adopted such a law in 2023. However, there are US Supreme Court cases invalidating the death penalty is cases in which the victim was injured but did not die as a result of the crime. I long time ago there were pedo's begging prison wardens to have them chemically castrated and they said NO! Because it was cruelty towards humanity.

I'm generally against the death penalty because there have been innocent people sent to prisons for life or sent to die via the death penalty. I would be absolutely fine with a chemical castration I believe, especially with those harming children.

In a perfect world, where we don't put innocent men behind bars at all then yes I'd be for it but mistakes get made and things fall through the cracks and people make fake rape allegations all the time. There's a lot of room with a law like this to get someone killed for something they never did.

Trump does not attend morning presidential briefings, his staff has said they chase them around with an app they created to make it look like a site he will pay attention to. I support it because it probably brings more closure to the victim's families, but I view life in prison as the death penalty carried out as slowly as possible. Especially since child predators seem to be treated more harshly in prison.
