If you are looking after one of the most richest, successful, politically powerful men on the face of the planet I don’t think you’d mess them with / do anything to ‘disturb the peace’ knowing his family and relatives also political figureheads may come after you next.

The whole deport Musk thing has more sinister overtones than people realise. Like him or not Musk has been a legal US citizen since 2002. It takes two months to get a HB1 visa and when a student visa expires you get two months or more to stay. In that time you can't be employed but you can work for yourself id if you are writing a book.
