Tired of hearing people say false allegations don’t ruin lives. Of course rape ruins lives too, but success doesn’t mean it didn’t damage you—same with false rape claims

They both ruin lives, rapes because it's a traumatic experience and false ones because nobody will see the person the same with the rumor out in the air, they will see you and treat you like one and for that you might as well have done it if you are going to recieve the same treatment even if you didn't do it, because everyone knows the justice system is broken, someone that didn't do it can be accuses and punished and someone that did can get away and be unpunished, it's easier to assume they are guilty once accused than to believe they are innocent, both leave an impact on society weither they did it or not, it's best just to be honest and truthful.

False rape cases happen as often as false bike theft cases. Lying under oath is a crime already it's called perjury. What are you trying to say?

Here's just what I want to point out. People of higher wealth and political power can freely rape. It's clearly fact of the matter. Diddy being Diddy and don sweeping the epstein island files under the rug. It's all the easier with you playing the what about the make believe false accusations when they are not happening.

Both ruin lives. I’m a rape victim and even I “protected” my perpetrator initially because I didn’t want his image ruined. I do agree, success doesn’t mean that there was no damage done. People with trauma can still both be successful.

Someone who was wrongly convicted of rape is also a victim that might develop trauma. I think people who wrongly accuse others of rape should face consequences, it brings such a bad name to actual rape victims.

The difference is rapists if caught and convicted go to jail. A woman makes a false claim and ruins a life she doesn’t get convicted or go to jail.
