Gently, quietly, and calmly. They don't have the language or cognitive complexity to understand much at that age. Reason won't work. They call it the terrible 2's for a reason. Patience. They'll get to the point that they can handle basic reasoning in 2-3 more years. Meanwhile keep it simple. No means no. And temper tantrums won't work. That's what you can teach them early on. Things like time and money or value have no meaning for them.

I'm trying to think back that far. I know I used to make my son sit in time out. I would literally drop what I was doing and sit on the floor with him. I would talk to him about what he did wrong, then get him to repeat back to me what he did wrong and why it's bad. Then he would give me a hug and go back to playing. Sometimes I had to take away his favorite toy until he listened to me.

With honesty. They are two and by no means stupid. Explain plainly what you are asking from them and hold firm to consequences of your choosing. I like taking things away for a period of time. Loss triggers reflection of actions. When you give it back make sure lots of love is attached.

2 yo. child doesn't know what it is doing. Any kind of disciplining makes no sense or can be even dangerous for psyche development of such young child

    By being a better example.

At this age kids feel, but they don't ''think''.

Treat them like a pet: show and set directions, and follow up consequently. Be a dictator, but one with love and empathy.

To ''discipline'' is useless until the moment a youngster understands to distinct between... ''agreeable'' and ''inconvenient''.

Depends on what's happening. I'd say that more than discipline you should try talking and showing how to do things correctly. Or remove from environment (if its dangerous or uncomfortable for you and the child)

I don’t know I don’t have any kids but they can tell when you’re upset and they know usually even at two that they’re not doing the right thing when I was a kid, I used to write on my house walls with a magic marker. That’s what I was told

Discipline and 2 year old? Your patience level is very less, I'm sorry.
