Not even by my ex, but by a random skank I frequented on and off for a month or so.

I am considering suing the shit out of her, I can afford it and she cannot, what else can I do?

Hire a lawyer. Ultimately suing for damages is to make you whole not a penny more. You are never going to gain anything. Maybe punitive charges but that's more on a buisness.

That mcdonald's hot coffee trial and mcdonald's propaganda campaign fucked up the usa legal system. YouTube it yourself but ultimately there was thousands of complaints and injuries until someone handling the coffee in a normal way melted their vagina close.

Frivolous lawsuit are not a thing. These people have been brutalized beyond human recognition and the money will never cover the pain that happened. Maybe they can die with some semblance of dignity fighting tooth and nail just to get by.

So don't expect anything better then a tomorrow if that person you want to sue took a nap.

What assets does she have? Most people are "judgment proof" as they have no assets that can be seized to pay the judgment. Tort lawyers work on contingency, and won't take those cases because there's no way for them to get paid.

It’s unfortunate if you’ve been falsely accused, but the way you speak about her, calling her a random skank and emphasizing that you can afford to sue the shit out of her because she can’t… doesn’t exactly paint you as the calm, rational party here. Just something to consider if you’re hoping to be taken seriously.
