If someone says it doesn't matter what means you use, how far do you go?

"It doesn't matter if you call out the military, it doesn't matter what means you use." Trumps advice to Starmer on immigration today at a press conference.

These are probably Trumps darkest words to date, but we often hear similar phrases, such as "Do whatever it takes," or "I'll do anything."

We all saw Trump use the military to blow up those innocent people on that boat. But when you're told, "use any means," how far do you go?
