I think it has to do with believing they aren't in the wrong... you know how they say the road to hell is paved with good intentions. Everyone believes their way is the right way. Sometimes black and white are clear sometimes it's not. I agree with you thou it's better to admit your wrong you can't change anyone but yourself. I tell myself I'm wrong sometimes even when I'm not to try and be "better" a lot of people don't think that way.

Going to prison sucks. Even of you beat the rap you still have to go to court and get a lawyer. It's a real drag.
