Kinda upset that a man can easily create life even when old. How to cope?

Question

I saw an article somewhere saying that, unlike we women, a man can still beget humans when 45 years old as his seed is still functional. But women starts hitting the wall when 30 or so.

biology is unfair…

That just shows that if a woman wants a family and a husband it is wise to make that her priority when she is in her late teens and early 20's.

She can always go to school and work when the kids are in school or grown up. The western push is that you should spend your 20s getting tons of degrees, having a hoe phase and "living it up" and be promiscuous, get a career going as your life priority.

Then after school, masters, career, sleeping with lots of men (maybe getting herpes) now you can think about having a family and finding a husband.

Maybe the priorities and order of when you do these things should be reversed.

Yes, men can still produce fertile sperm later in life than women can bear a child, but men have biological clocks too. Sperm motility and quality begins to decrease around 40 or so, and newborns are more likely to have complications and developmental issues with older sperm.

You have plenty of time and don't get upset ever. Women have until 50 so you got lots of time to plan when etc you want kids. You definitely do not want them after that age so you can see at least one grandchild maybe.

My grandma had my mom at 46 years old.

Just because they can doesn't mean they should. They just bring on handicapped children to the world with their weak ass sperm but males don't give a flying ass about that because they'll just stick the care to mommy.

most men historically didn't create life

humanity has more than twice as many female ancestors as male ancestors but that's due to other reasons outside of fertility

women are the gatekeepers of reproduction and the existence of future generations given all the laws and how society operates and prioritizes young women over other demographics

life isn't always about being fair but you can always maximize your gifts

Talk to the one who designed us. Who ever said life is fair, or is supposed to be. Look at it this way, you are still here to complain about it, and that sure beats the alternative.
