Take a coin. Write on paper for head something that makes you happy and for tails something that bring you back luck. Toss the coin 50 times and check out how many times there was head and many time tails.
I'm pretty sure you will recognize courses are BS unless you toss 50 times tails.

Hardships n mistakes don’t make me unlucky, they make me human, they shape my character..

The people who truly matter see me, not my misfortunes..
