Why does the law say that its child abuse for spanking your child but when your kid hits you it’s for a valid reason?

Depends how you do it. Kids don’t need that much spanking or at all… smart kids you can reason with them even as young as 6 months
However… in the US!! The few not very smart are producing other not very smart so… they have no idea how to raise kids… they themselves were beat so they beat their own… as young as what 6 months? Because kids like that have issues… and the adults are frastrated … so they beat them till they get even worse… so they fight back? So who needs protection? The one who is less defensive.

The truth? who gets punished… those who actually know how to raise kids.
we just have to retrain and rebuild family structures… but no one dear to speak up about these adult child are stupid and popping out kids they do not want. The vicious cycle continues.
