Is it really islamaphobic to allow the death penalty for adults who rape children 12 and under?

Florida passed a law (HB 1297) which states that if someone rapes a child who is 12 or under the death penalty is allowed. But there are certain political elements that suggest that its some how islamaphobic, calling it a Muslim ban. My own state is considering adopting the same law..

Personally i see it as a step in the correct direction. I see anyone who hurts children like that as deserving of death.

Strawman fallacy. Death penalty shouldn't be a thing in the first place. For the reason it protects pedophiles. Majority of pedophiles are the bread winners of the house of the child abused.

This gives the abuser more power. Not only are you losing any and all housing and food available but also putting then in a death sentence. You love your father or care taker right? What about your mother and siblings? Putting them on the streets isn't love.

Majority of human trafficking in the United States of America is in traitor parks. Parent's pimping out daughters then some random illegal immigrant with no money, no connections and working at some farm or hospital as environment staff cleaning.

I don't believe in capital punishment, but those who r*pe small children should, if regarded competent, be sentenced to mandatory life imprisonment. Ninety-eight percent or more Muslims find child r*pe worthy of stiff sentences.
