@freyared After watching the video several times, I think you are right, even though, I have always supported ICE. He had no reason to kill that woman. One shot through the windshield and one through her driver's side window which is the one that probably killed he. Sadly, I think she just wanted to get away and not injure anyone, and now a 37-year-old mother is dead. I am a conservative, but I call it manslaughter at LEAST and murder at best. The guy who shot her was already at the front left side of the car, and was in NO danger of being hit because she was turning AWAY from him. CLEARLY. He just decided to kill her.

And if you watch it again, you'll actually SEE that the guy who tried to open the door slip a bit and react to shots, obviously not expecting to hear someone being killed for just leaving the scene.

@Kelly6 Bullets have tendency to ricochet if they are shot in very flat angle to hard surfaces like concrete or asphalt. Trained cops won't shoot at tires especially if there are bystanders around.
If this dumbass would let her drive away, she would drive home very likely, two cops could detain her there without any drama because they had her car registration numbers. This could happen civilized without retarded wild west bullshit.

He had an accident in the summer as to where he tried to de escalate and was dragged under the car.. I can imagine he was on edge and didn't want to go through that again.. The woman is the only one at fault because he was trying to do his job and she got in the way.. She was lookfor trouble, and unfortunately she found it..

Federal agents have qualified immunity which shields them from liability for actions taken in the course of their official responsibilities. Federal agents are trained to respond to threats. Attempting to run over a federal agent with a vehicle is considered use of deadly force. While the state of Minnesota like to frame law enforcement for crimes, it's not possible to do that to federal agents.
