The car continued down the street with her DEAD at the wheel and only hit a parked car 40-50 yards away from the shooting. I always side with Law enforcement and cannot side with them here AND in the George Floyde case.

You don't get to decide how much danger a person was in at a particular time. You weren't there with a vehicle coming at you. Accelerating a vehicle at a person is deadly force. And deadly force is met with deadly force. That's how it works. It may not work that way where you come from, but that's how it works here. It makes no difference if you like it or not. And she did accelerate her vehicle towards him, otherwise she would not have hit him. With that said, I think it's terrible that she paid for her choice with her life. It's a shame and a tragedy. US law enforcement training says don't shoot the driver of a car, mostly because the car will continue moving (like hers did) and may harm bystanders. US laws say you have a duty to avoid using deadly force if you can.

He didn't just step to the side, he chose to shoot the woman (and called her a "fucking bitch" afterwards). Two shots were after he was in absolutely no danger - you can't get hit by a car that you're standing next to and is turning away from you.

He had ample evidence to ensure her conviction (video of her number plates and her face), if she was actually committing a crime. Which would be assault, if he was actually struck by the car. He killed her instead. That is not legal. If it was obviously legal, the federal government wouldn't be covering up for him by refusing to hold a joint investigation with the FBI and state authorities.

Citizens should be entitled to assume that the authorities aren't going to break the law. It's got nothing to do with social justice, it's simply justice.
