I think a lot of hate comes from not liking behaviors, ones that cause problems.

Take a specific example of some people in "the hood"... say AA. There are many good ones doing their best. But so many don't have fathers, no fault of their own, but it's messed up culture over centuries again, often, no fault of their own. But the damage passes on. It gets embedded into the culture, the music, the food choices, the thinking.

Some % of those kids go really bad, can steal, harm others. A few such kids just got themselves killed in my area as teens. Thankfully, they didn't kill anyone else, but it's bad enough.

I think it's fair to say that anyone should "hate" that. What we hate is the behavior that creates sadness and suffering.

You have to expand your view out to see there are many good of the culture and doing well. I do that, but it is ignorance to tune out the issues that lead to the problems... parenting, family units, diet, stress, lack of resources, etc..

I don't walk around with hate, some people do. It is easy to become hateful... once you've been hurt enough times, you will start to. It's a self defense and preservation.

I'm not there but others have their rights to be.

I dont hate latios or Hispanics, they are the descendants of European colonists in the America. I dont hate Africans either but when I visit other countries or immigrate I do it legally and respect their laws and cultures.

White people do not hate Latinos and blacks. Sure, there are some who do, just like there are some blacks who hate whites and some women who hate men. Overall, it's a minority of each group, which, unfortunately, often complain the loudest.
