There are many conspiracy theories. Some are believed by many and some are believed by no one.
Of the many conspiracy theories out there, which one do you feel is believed by the most people?

It is rarest to hear people reject the theory of JFK compared to rejecting any other ideas here.
But please quit with this whole "belief" shit. That word matches our discussion as much as "penis" matches computers. Those who associate computers with genital stimulation are not the norm.
I prefer it if people "observed plausibility" in these theories instead of believing them. Why? Because it is not concluded as long as it is a theory. As real as the evidence is, that evidence might be interpreted differently. Using a "belief" is choosing the interpretation of the evidence. And not to confuse belief with intuition either.
If we fix this shit, other people will quit being afraid of evidence conflicting with whatever viewpoint they are currently brainwashed into. It will give them space to look into shit without pressure to start "believing" as if anyone who observes the evidence starts believing. ㅤ
People aren't always honest and the easiest way say a lie is having a grain of truth.
MOON LANDING
Newspaper wanting a good picture used training photos and touched them up.
HITLER ESCAPING
Lots of political power was to be gained from democrat allies compared to Russia communism who over took Germany and Berlin. Didn't help much with the Berlin wall.
9/11 ATTACK
The 2000 election was a mess and a half and information cia drop the ball playing politics not that different then the pearl harbor attack that started ww2 for usa. History dosen't repeat but it rhymes.
As I say this "history dosen't repeat but it rhymes." Is the foundation for a lot of unfounded conspiracies that do just happen.
Let's look at this guy.
https://youtu.be/Xwdkng6ZGp8?si=JMq5VpE74hymisAWHe's more then a bit out there. I'm going to jump to it and say don is in the epstein files and island.
I'm pretty sure owsald must have even part or a wider group that planned it.
The Donald shooting is too much like the one in the movie Machete, where a governor fakes his own shooting to boost his popularity. I believe the shooter accidentally hit Trump.
Moon landings are real because Russia would have debunked them and you've only got to watch a movie from the time to see how shit special effects were back then
911 wasn't a government job. Governments don't kill rich people.
Now as for area 51 I've my own theory. It happened just after ww2 and the descriptions of the aliens are remarkably similar to victims of concentration camps. I believe the military were throwing bodies from blimps to test parachutes or something. The alien story was created to hide the horror plus it encouraged people to watch the skies, very useful when your worried about Russian aircraft.
the LHO not acting alone conspiracy theory is based upon the incompetence of the CIA, a well established and common occurrence. it may very well be true. everything else is based upon trusting your mind on drugs more than trusting your senses in reality.

Moon landings are real of they werent the Soviets would have quickly spoken up.
Possible that Hitler fled just not likely that the Argentinans could or would have hid him that long.
The 9/11 attacks could have definitely been an inside job. Likely the US government and its agencies knew it was going to happen and just let it. Think of the October attacks in Israel where the most monitored boarder in the world all of a sudden wasn't monitored or guarded at the wrong time and the Israeli military arrived hours late. No its an old trick the us government has been using to justify getting into war and gaining public support.
Lee Harvey oswald shot at JFK but missed instead it was three other shooters designed to get LBJ into the white house and LBJ was facing criminal charges. JFK had refused to intervene in the bay of pigs thing to oust castro, had lost in the Cuban missile crisis and was refusing to deploy troops in Vietnam. He looked weak to the powers that be and to the Soviets. He had to go.
Trump getting shot was very real. Secret Service let it happen, just the guy was a bad shot.
Area 51 is a secret test facility. The alien stuff is nonsense i mean the litteraly cross the galaxy, galaxies, universe, dimensions etc and they crash land on earth all the time. They run experiments on humans by probing our anuses?
I voted for Area 51 mostly because it’s part of a conspiracy theory that has already been proven true. But also because it’s the one that has a verifiable market to prove its popularity. The Extraterrestrial Highway brings people to the tiny town of Rachel, Nevada. Where conspiracy theorists, UFOlogists and people in search of novel road trips converge to share in their common interests and speculate about what is really going on at the once well kept secret site of area 51; still as heavily guarded as ever.
Aside from a poll, how else would we gauge the most widely believed conspiracy theories? Which leads to my next question. Are you going to reveal the most widely believed conspiracy theory, or are you just testing the waters yourself?
"The government aren't your friends." My mum would bring this one up and paint everyone as a government loving simpleton but it's not true as I've met a lot of people who acknowledge the government in the uk is not good a bit fucked in some ways and could be better than it is, not everyone agrees on what could be better but blind optimism and trust for authorities itself can seem controversial and childlike at times.
The conspiracy theory I find most ridiculous is that gov't is capable of running one.
They fuck everything else up. So what makes some believe they are capable of it? Beggars my imagination.
Which conspiracy theory is believed by the most people? That's an easy one: anything the corporate media refers to as a conspiracy theory. In other words, anything that is viewed as negative toward the Dems.
One of the conspiracy theories that has been going around for decades is that "there is a cure for cancer but they are hiding it"... But I don't think very many people believe THAT one.
@ArrowheadSW
I believe that to be true! If they cured people's cancer then BIG PHARMA wouldn't exist - they'd go broke!
It's hard for me to believe that after all of these years they are still using the standard chemotherapy and radiation treatment for cancer.
And if there were new treatments that could possibly cure cancer then the insurance companies wouldn't pay for it.🤷🏼♀️
That Alice Cooper was actually Eddie Haskell on, "Leave It To Beaver".
@FunkyMonkee That would explain a lot. 😎
Arnold Ziffel was actually a dog in a pig suit.
I'd say 9/11 and JFK will be most prominent because those are demonstrably true.
Flat earth is another really big one despite being demonstrably untrue.
I think a lot of people believe that the Kennedy assassination was contrived by government officials, and I think most people believe that the 9/11 incident was contrived by people who have never been caught.
"I believe in everything until it's disproved." - John Lennon
Moonlanding I think
I don't know why people still believe the Hitler one as it's documented that Russian doctors found and positively IDed Hitler's remains after the war
The truth is often called a conspiracy theory. JFK and 9-11 are prime examples.
There has been a conspiracy theory going around for many years that Kurt Cobain didn’t kill himself.
I personally never believed it. I do believe Kurt Cobain killed himself.
In the Lee Harvey Oswald affair, the conspiracy theory makes more sense than the official story.
My vote goes to the debunked conspiracy that the Jews in Europe conspired to make Germany surrender in WWI
Area 51 for sure but hey! no one really knows what's really going on there!
I worry most about Area 51 as alien technology can help us.
a lot of believe 9/11 was an inside job
there are alien bodies at Area 51.
Oswald DID NOT kill Pres. Kennedy.
Hmm , reminds me of my question
I personally believe #1...#3...#4
And another theory is that Biden won the 2020 elections, which he did NOT
