ICE officers will now have to wear body cams in Minneapolis. Will this help or hurt the rioters?

The body cams will help the officers as it will show the whole story not edited clips. Rioters are assholes, that is what people will see. They create chaos and then wonder why they get shot in the commotion.
The negative though is the officers faces will be see so that must be blurred out as these criminals are doxxing them and trying to murder them.
Who will be the first leftists to complain about the body cams?
ACLU? š¹š¹
You know whatās gonna happen
@Hagar88 one of these morons accused time of being racistš¤£
@Theunfadeable is that the one where waking up early is rooted in white supremacy?
Racial anxiety distorts time?
Punctuality is white supremacy as it ignores other cultures perception of linear time?
Time is white supremacy because of historically being stolen from people of colour through delayed progress and lost years of healthy life?
Or time is racist because of Temporal inequality as time is a social resource that is not distributed equally. Marginalised communities often experience "time scarcity" due to factors like longer wait times for healthcare, increased hurdles in accessing voting, and systemic friction in bureaucracy?
@Hagar88 I donāt know. As soon as they started talking about time being racist I just turned it off
Now we get to see these morons follow and harass ice officers in good quality video. We even get audio to hear them jabber and rave and holler bunch of nonsense before they eventually get themselves shot
This is going to get interesting
Very entertaining as well. I can watch liberals meltdown and act crazy for hours.
Me too.

i'm really looking foreward to all these clips of unhinged retards flipping their shit at them while they're litterally doing nothing or strictly trying to do their job xD like you think they'd wear body cams if they "knew" it wouldn't benefit them? hell no they wouldn't. they need tha to sue all the fucking retards who're screaming "nazi" at everything that vaguely disagrees with them. we should never have had safe spaces. that's why we're having this issue now. cause people grew up sheltered form reality and now they're adults unable to navigate the adult world.
OMG did you say a mouthful.
SHELTERED is right.
It drives me crazy when these idiots say itās their constitutional right. āPrettihad a right to bring a gun to a riot. ā Yes, he did and now heās dead.
Some people have booksmarts and some people have street smarts. These people have zero street smarts.
ā you donāt tug on Supermanās capeā
ā you donāt spit into the windā
ā you donāt pull the mask on the old Lone Ranger and you donāt mess around with Slim.ā
it's not anyones constitutional right to hurt other people, endanger, threaten or harrass other people or damage peoples property cause they feel that a national law enforcement member isn't what they personally find not ok. and to be fair i think a big part of the problem is the minessotan state government is creating a mass hysteria through propaganda exaggerating rare mistakes these officers absolutely make and litterally inciting a civil war against these officers. like i think Tim Walz should probably be sentenced to death for high treason. i think that is not exaggerated, cause a lot of the damage and death is straight up his fault cause he's litterally commiting hate speech, telling people to fight ICE.
cause they feel that a national law enforcement member isn't doing what they should or what they personally find ok
Local and state law-enforcement has the power to deputize federal agents so they can start making arrests. But the sanctuary cities wonāt do that so now we have chaos.
yeah but state law enforcement can't straight up stop federal agents from doing their job. federal law is state or local law through the constitutional Supremacy Clause. and in any case: any sort of "law enforcement" should "enforce the law", not be utilized to inhibit the enforcement of law, which is what's happening in minnesota. like they're litterally using law enforcement and political propaganda to protect criminals.
I think Trump can only send in the National Guard to protect federal buildings. Either the local law-enforcement needs to deputize the feds or Trump needs to declare the insurrection act.
well what is the president of the united states supposed to do, if the state refuses or fails to uphold the law. that's what's happening. and that's what trump is doing, which has by the way also happened under obama and biden. so I don't know why some democrat folks now suddenly hate it. obama deportet way more than trump. the only difference is that trump decided to uphold the law properly and not just focus on new illegals exclusively. like illegal immigration doesn't magically turn leagal after a few years.
They supported Obama doing the same thing because they liked Obama. They donāt actually stand for anything.
well fun fact: immigration and customs including deportation isn't state or local police job anyway. so it is litterally the governments job to do that and it's not at all "trump taking more power". it is and always was ICEs job and nobody elses to begin with.
Lindsey Graham is trying to draft a law where sanctuary cities are illegal.
But I doubt it will become a law.
well local and state law enforcement already can't legally inhibit the government enforcing immigration laws. it would be very difficult to make "not cooperating" illegal. cause that would probably conflict with their actual job. like local and state police are supposed to protect citizens first and formost and you can always find excuses in that task that allow you not to cooperate. you can't force federal agents legally to do something that's not their job to begin with.
It would make it illegal for jails to release someone that ICE had put a detainer on.
i would heavily crack down on missdemeanors as well. cause these monkeys in the streets can apparently get away with everything these days especially in minnesota recently. like if you spray shit on someones wall, you should be mercilessly persecuted. if you dent someones car or property, you shouldn't be let off the hook for that shit. the law is a joke to these protesters these days. cause they know they can get away with petty much anything short of trying to run over a cop or pulling a gun on a cop.
@CrystalPeak Could not agree with you more.
I am a Minnesotan. I'm sick of being the butt of jokes. I'm embarrassed as fuck. What I still am is an American. Proud American. I could be a part of an exodus to exit my state. I'm choosing to fight and stay, for pride, and family. When does it become too much? Tampon Stolen Valor Tim stating he will run for a 3rd term for Governor, because he can't be a VP. He stood down. That's a win. But he says, over his dead body he will not resign. Then the problem becomes Amy Klobuchar will now run for Governor. Our State is too stupid. They will elect her no problem. When I say they? I say two or three counties. Hennepin and Ramsey County. They decide everything for everyone. We don't like that. Despite showing $9 to $19 billion plus in fraud perpetrated, we have a long way to go. We need to deport the shit out of illegals. We need to drain the swamp. We try hard. Walz, and his cohorts at the very least need tit for tat, tooth for a tooth. All legally. When Chauvin gets stabbed 22 times, at the very least, that is what they deserve. Get stabbed that many times and see if they survive.
Hurt the rioters. They aren't exactly in the right to begin with so now there will be video evidence as well.
I 100% support these body cams. Police were getting blamed for... reasons... then the body cams happened. The blame game goes the other way most of the time.
But yeah... now we're going to get a view of the rioters that they didn't orcastrate themselves. Notice how they have a cam ready at all the big things... talking about the rioters... they are purposesly trying to make a narative... now that shifts because there will be counter proof.
... and it's not like they were doing a great job of looking all that great to begin with.
This will hurt the rioters and I heavily applaud this move since its a win win.
If they are doing their shit badly there will now be plenty of evidence of it when people request the cam footage. This would massively help the rioters case. I just don't think that's what is going on. What we are likely to see is how extremely hostile the rioters are behaving before they begin to film and then any case of that can be easily countered making that tactic ineffective.
Agreed
Body cams in general are the manifestation required because Lefty Butthurts think Law Enforcement Officers are thugs and murderers. It's eye opening to get on YouTube and watch body cam footage. It shows how stupid people are, especially the "Sovereign Citizen morons, who are worse than gangbangers!, maybe not worse, but more dangerous to LEO than gangbangers. If you get pulled over? It's due to a reason. Don't make a mountain out of an ant hill. Don't say you "don't need a driver's license, don't need tabs (aka registration), don't need insurance. You need all of that. Plus, you have to obey "lawful orders!" You'll have your day in Court, you don't get to decide otherwise! Yet, this is what Liberal idiots are being taught. They are being taught to not abide.
For general patrol officers, the results of utilizing BWCs has been mixed.
Weāve seen criminals arrested rightfully despite their claims of profiling, corruption and brutality. All lies that have gotten how many dirtbags let go in the past?
Weāve also seen dirty cops truly brutalize suspects, plant evidence, falsify documents and even victimize completely innocent people.
Thereās no reason to believe that federal agents wearing body cams will be any different. The hard evidence is work for and against both sides. But it will take the guesswork out of investigations and it will overrule the absurd bias that weāre seeing from both sides.
I just know that cops have a lot more to lose in a riot than the people throwing bricks at them.
When I worked as a LEO we had body camera's. They are great, because civilians knew they were being recorded, and the body cam has the evidence for an arrest
@CrystalPeak I think, "help" and they should have been wearing them before.
I am on the side of ICE and law enforcement.
In retrospect, I feel, even as a conservative, that the one woman was killed, by a careless, and reckless, agent. I as a grad of a police academy, I would never have shot her, and if necessary, she could have been arrested later
That other 'Nurse ' should have been put on the ground by whatever means it took, handcuffed and sent to jail. Did you see the video of him spitting on the vehicle and then kicking out the taillight as they drove away?
@CrystalPeak As an 'add-on, the last bozo that was shot and killed, may have had it coming as we don't know what really took place in that struggle on the ground with him.
I did see the guy spit on the ice vehicle and kick the taillight out. Dummy.
Hurt. For sure. These people are not well. No matter how much doctoring the media wants to do for them to paint the protestors in a favorable light, it's obvious that these are paid agitators trying to cause chaos.
How long until the ACLU starts complaining that ice is violating human rights by videoing them? š¤£š¤£
it will hurt them. Once they get arrested there willl be video evidence that they assaulted ICE or obstructed an official operation
Does church staff and attendees need to get body cameras in case the Lemon gang comes back?
Rioters canāt hide behind ambiguity anymore
More often than not body cam footage protects the cop not the other person
āLook he was coming at me in a violent matter I had no choiceā
That line is used far more often than the alternative
This will definitely hurt the rioters. I don't know why they didn't do this in the first place
They said they didnāt have it in the budget and my guess is because they never thought ice would become a SWAT team.
@CrystalPeak Fair enough. Still though, I'm glad it's happening. More of the stupidity of the left will be revealed
Great news
I think it'll do one of two things. Either 1) prove the ICE agents correct or 2) at least cast serious reasonable doubt on the rioters' claims.
Both are improvements
What would help if if they let the law do its job and LEAVE THEM ALONE!!!
We VOTED to have our immigration laws enforced and to undo the shit show of Biden just letti g us be invaded by 20 million foreigners.
You anarchist, chaos loving, anarchy loving, cultural extinction psychos lost the election.
I hope everyone who obstructs officers gets 2 to 5 years in prison.
Iām an anarchist?š
Are you in the streets fighting with ICE agents and following them around and tipping off foreign criminals to try and get them to stay here? Are you blocking the streets and surrounding ICE compounds?
I do not know what you do. You tell us.
āYou anarchist, chaos loving, anarchy lovingā¦.ā
I think it would help because then people canāt lie or exaggerate if something were to happen.
Logically it should help, but Iām not so sure it will.
I agree, itās one of those damned if you do, damned if you donāt.
You have some people that just flat out want to be arrested. Maybe itāll get him more likes on social media.
Both. It will be terrible for the Good's and very good for the Pretti's
Youāre probably right about that.
Accountability will be good for both officers and the public.
It will hurt the rioters. They are the ones that are breaking the law.
šÆšÆšÆšÆšÆ
Hurt. More people will see how stupid, violent, and obnoxious they are.
I hope.
Seeing how much the body cams completely delegitimized BLM's complaints, I look forward to them doing the same for ICE.
This will be a game changer
It will only help if they don't turn them off and wear them every where they go and each time they confront someone.
It will help determine what really happens, from the officer's point of view, not from a smartphone a block away
Were they not already? Bodycams are more important now for cops for their own protection than their gun.
I think some of them had cameras, but not all of them because of the budget.
It will discipline and protect ICE operatives. Either way, it is all good.
It will show how awful the commies are as human beings.
in my opinion these guys should have been wearing body cams right from the beginning. It would have saved a lot of hassles on both sides. Or possibly saved a few lives.
Theyāre saying there was no money in the budget for the cameras, but thatās really not much of an excuse.
I predict this wonāt change the behavior of most of the rioters and protesters. Some of them seem to welcome the trouble.
Based on how this impacted police, it will significantly help the officers
What rioters? All the protests have been peaceful so far.
Just in case
It's only what all other law enforcement agencies do, right?
I donāt know what that means.
All other law enforcement officers have body cams and they don't wear masks. That's what I mean.
ICE wouldnāt need masksif local law enforcement would cooperate and hand over the criminals.
Shouldn't all law enforcement agencies follow the same standard? Why shouldn't ICE wear body cams? What would they have to lose?
Just be glad itās been corrected.
Yep.
Maybe tell your own people to stop doxxing ice agents first
It will help them the question is will they keep there cameras on
They should have been wearing them from day one
Probably help more.
They can't pull their dumb BS anymore
The rioters?
Yup.
Hurt
